Replacement parts order form

Warranty claims are valid only with proof of purchase!

Dear customer,

HAMMER SPORT fitness equipment is subjected to stringent quality control during production and before shipment. Should you, however, notice that a part is missing or defective, please do not return the equipment. We ask that you instead use the enclosed requisition sheet to order the required replacement part. We shall process any replacement part orders immediately. Please use the same requisition sheet for also ordering wear parts that have been subjected to wear following extended use and have to be replaced. In this case, we will send you a quote.
